🛠️ RapidOS Installation Guide
Here's a simple guide to help you install RapidOS on Windows 10 or Windows 11. Just follow the steps, and you'll be set up in no time.
1. 📋 Prerequisites
Before installing RapidOS, ensure you have the correct Windows build:
You can check your build by using winver
in the console or the Win+R dialog.
Supported Builds:

If your build does not match the versions listed above:
- Follow any online guide to reinstall Windows.
- Alternatively, use our 💾 Windows 10/11 Installation Guide.
Note: Our modification for Windows does not support ARM64. Please be aware of this!
2. 🖥️ Installing RapidOS
Is AME Wizard unexpectedly closing or being removed?
When a new version of AME Wizard is released, it might be necessary to add it to exclusions or temporarily disable Real-time protection in Windows Security.

Install the latest version of AME Wizard.

Download the RapidOS Playbook from one of the following sources:

- Choose the latest version and in the assets section, select the
.zip
file that includes.apbx
.

- Open your browser and visit rapid-community.ru.
- Locate the "Download" button, which can be found in the header, body, or footer of the page.
- You will be redirected to the download page, where you can download the latest versions of RapidOS and AME Wizard. Simply proceed with the download.

Once downloaded, extract both files to your desktop or any other convenient location.

If you have chosen Manual Driver Installation, download
Disable.Automatic.Driver.Installation.reg
from AtlasOS repository and restart your PC. -
Open Settings and update Windows, including optional updates, until no more updates are available. If paused, click Resume Updates to follow this step.

Open the Microsoft Store and update all apps.
There might be a prompt to update the Microsoft Store first. -
Restart after all updates are complete. After restarting, check again for updates repeatedly until there are no more available updates.

Open
AME Wizard Beta.exe
- If there is a warning from SmartScreen that AME Wizard is an unrecognized application, bypass this warning by clicking More info and Run anyway.
- Click on Updates at the top and make sure AME Wizard is up to date.

Drag the
RapidOS.apbx
file into AME Wizard or select it from Explorer using the special section. -
Follow the on-screen instructions from AME Wizard to install the RapidOS playbook.
